The best Italian dressing

The only Italian dressing that reminds me of my late Italian mother's dressing. Never been to a Red Bull Inn when they were open, even though one wasn't far from where we lived. So I had never had this dressing until recently. I used it with my pasta salad, ran out, tried to substitute it and my wife knew right away, as it wasn't near as good:)
