Our Ground Ginger is dried ginger, ground to a fine powder. It creates a spicy, warm flavor that pairs nicely with pumpkin pie, cookies, and of course, gingerbread. It also makes a great addition to a stir fry or a stew. Ground ginger is not the same as fresh ginger, so make sure not swap the two equally in your recipe.
