Return Policy
- Eligible Returns
- Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Product damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours).
- Incorrect product shipped.
- Quality concerns or product defects (subject to review by our Quality Control team).
- Timeframe
- Requests for return/credit must be submitted within 30 days of receipt for shelf-stable goods.
- For fresh and frozen products, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged perishable shipments must be reported immediately upon delivery and noted with the carrier.
Packaged Shelf-Stable Products
(Applies to glass jars, plastic jugs, canned goods, dry goods, paper products)
- Product must be unopened, in original packaging, and with valid shelf life remaining.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customer ordering errors.
- Opened or partially used products.
- Product not stored under recommended conditions.
Fresh and Frozen Foodservice Products
- Due to food safety regulations, fresh and frozen products are non-returnable once they have left our facility.
- Claims for defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- In most cases, photographic evidence may be required in place of physical return.
Credit / Replacement
- Approved returns will be credited to the customer’s account or replaced with product, at the company’s discretion.
