Tasty Tuesday: Tailgate Edition!

Tasty Tuesday: Tailgate Edition!

Football season is in full swing and we've got the grub for game day covered! If you're a football/band/cheer parent serving their time in the concession stand, read on, because we're serving up the easiest, heartiest chili dip to keep the bellies of your customers warm. Just combine a pound of cooked ground beef with an 8 oz block of cream cheese, an 8 oz package of shredded cheddar cheese, and a can of our Liberty City Chili or Steel City Chili. Our Liberty City Chili is full of fresh onions, fresh green peppers, and savory beans, stewed with tomatoes, butter, sugar, and seasoning. The cheesy goodness that results when mixed with cheese and meat will rival your favorite player for hardest hit of the game. They'll be coming back for seconds before the clock runs out, if the crockpot doesn't first. It's the ultimate tailgate treat!

If you're watching the game from home, use our guide to crispy wings from the air-fryer and give our sweet and fiery Butter and Garlic Wing Sauce a try. It's got that finger-licking-factor that makes you go back for another bite, even while your mouth is recovering from the last one. For the crispiest bar style hot wings, dry your chicken off well with paper towels, then brush with a mixture of olive oil (3-4 tablespoons), salt and pepper to taste, and baking powder (1 tsp) before placing on a single layer and cooking in the air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cook time. Then toss them in a bowl and coat with your favorite wing sauce (we're drooling still from our plate of Butter and Garlic wings we had after this photo shoot.) In case you haven't tried this unique flavor yet, our butter and garlic isn't like other butter and garlic wing sauces. It's a cool wing sauce. Bad jokes aside, our butter in garlic is made with tomato puree and fresh peppers, giving it a bit of heat and a burst of sweet and savory at the same time.
