In 1961, my parents Chuck and "Ginny" Serafini-Smith started a small bar and restaurant on the corner of W. 5th and Raspberry Sts. Known for their sweet and savory sauce, Chuck & Ginny's was everyone's favorite stop for Italian food. After closing the doors in 2007, we realized there was a void that only Ginny could fill. In October of that year, my son and I bottled our first 18 cases of sauce. What a great homage it is to my mother, which is why every jar has her picture on it. Whether you were a long-time customer of Chuck & Ginny's, or you're trying this sweet sauce for the first time, I hope you will continue to choose Ginny's Original Pasta Sauce! Mangia Bene!

Wonderful sauce

Sauce and smiles

Ordered four jars as a Christmas present for my mom. Growing up as a child in the 80s, my mom would take us to Chuck & Ginny’s restaurant for a special treat. Their spaghetti and meatballs was one of her favorites. So glad I could send her a piece of her past that would definitely give her a smile!
