Our Ground White Pepper is more mild and smooth compared to black pepper. They come from the same plant, but are picked and processed differently. White pepper has the skin (or outer layer) removed, taking some of the flavor with it. Its commonly used in light-colored dishes to maintain a uniform appearance.
